To be able to help you as much as possible as well as to be efficient, we give you the names of some of our staff who are responsible for the following issues:
If you have a complain or a question about the quality of the products you have received, just ask for Marcel and he will do his utmost to solve your complaint and/or your questions.
If the delivery was too late ask Leon or Martijn. They should know how to instruct the driver to be able to come in time next time. We like to stick to our agreement.
If you want to place an order during our opening time i.e. during weekdays between 08.30 - 15.30 hours and on Saturday between 08.30 and 14.30 hours, ask for Nel and she will takes care that you will get it if available of course.
If you have any questions with respect to our invoicing or payment conditions, ask for Daphne, but only on Monday and Thursday.

Within Amsterdam we deliver your order, with a minimum of € 50,- each, six days a week, with no additional cost. With respect to orders with a lower amount we will charge € 5, - extra. With respect to orders outside Amsterdam, a minimum amount of € 50,- is requested. For orders below this amount we will charge a fee of € 7,50.
Route description
If you put in the requested data as well as our address Jan van Galenstraat 4 1051 KM Amsterdam then they will provide you with the most efficient route description.
When you arrived at the Food Center, please announce yourself at the reception desk.
